Ongoing Kajabi Support

This retainer is designed for ongoing support, not a one-time build like a website or funnel.

Instead of starting from scratch each time, I work alongside you over time to get to know your business, your offers, and your priorities. 

If you’re looking to tackle something specific in a short window, a VIP day or custom project may be a better fit.

Most clients use their retainer for things like website updates, landing pages, funnels, email automations, backend organization, and general Kajabi support.

Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the request, as well as current priorities. Smaller updates are often completed quickly, while larger tasks may be broken into phases over time.

Clear communication and realistic expectations are part of the process.

This retainer is based on a set number of hours each month starting at 10 hours and up to 20 hours depending on your level of support.

If you anticipate needing additional support, we can look at increasing your monthly retainer for future months, subject to availability.

For a larger one-off project, booking a custom project or VIP Day may be a better fit.

Because time is reserved for you each month, unused hours do not carry over. We can, however, adjust priorities from busier months to quieter months so the support you have is always maximized.

This is an ongoing monthly retainer with a minimum commitment of 3 months. This allows enough time to build momentum and make real progress.

This retainer is primarily focused on implementation, but thoughtful guidance is part of the experience. I’ll share recommendations, flag opportunities for improvement, and help you think through the best way to structure things so what we build actually supports your goals.

I believe in staying in my zone of genius, and tech is mine, not copywriting. You’ll need to come prepared with your copy already written, either by you or a professional copywriter. I'm happy to make suggestions or small tweaks here and there, but cannot write your copy for you. I can recommend copywriters if you need a referral.
